Fish Pedicure

Went for my fish pedicure at Aqua Sheko in Kensington, today.   It starts with your feet being washed and then you sit down and gently place your feet in a tank of warm water and the fish start nibbling.   The sensation is like putting your feet into bubbles.   It is very relaxing and the staff are very attentive giving out cool drinks.    After 30 minutes you gently take your feet out of the tank, they are wiped and dried for you.    (If you go for the deluxe version you then get 15 minutes reflexology too.)
Lovely way to spend a Monday afternoon.

  1. This sounds great, I definitely need to go and investigate further about doing this myself!

  2. Another thing I'd never heard about. Sounds very relaxing and very Japanese? Love the pictures you took of it, too.
