Thank you for visiting my blog I hope you enjoyed it and will return to see what I have been doing. Or you could always join and be one of my followers.

Royal Albert Hall & Albert Memorial

I went on a visit today to the Royal Albert Hall.   This visit included a tour of the front of hourse of the RAH.  The tour lasts about one hour and our guide, Richard, was very informative.   There are other tours that go backstage but these are very rare.   Unfortunately you cannot take photographs in the RAH while on the tour so I had to make do with photographs of the outside of the building.

Following the visit I did take some photographs of the Albert Memorial opposite the Hall.  The rest of the photographs are on the flickr photostream.

  1. Oh, I hate places where you can't take photos. For me, taking photos is half the fun of seeing a place, not to mention a way of having a permanent memory of what saw and how you felt about it...
